Worshipful Christopher Winston Douglas

Worshipful Christopher Winston Douglas grew up in Seattle, Washington. In high school, he was active in the Order of DeMolay, which was his first introduction to the family of Masonry. After serving as Master Councilor of Richmond Highlands Chapter in 1983, he joined the United States Marine Corps in 1984.
While stationed in Norfolk, Bro. Douglas stayed involved in DeMolay with Norfolk Chapter, and when he reached majority, he joined Charles T. Morton Lodge #232 and was raised on January 28, 1987 shortly before being transfered to Okinawa. After completing his enlistment overseas, Bro. Douglas moved back to Tidewater.
After serving his mother lodge in every position in order from Junior Steward through Senior Warden, he was elected to serve as Worshipful Master of Charles T. Morton in 1996. He also remained active in DeMolay as a DeMolay Advisor, and was awarded the Order of Chevalier for his service to Norfolk Chapter, Order of DeMolay.
Worshipful Douglas later affiliated with Ocean View Lodge, and became the webmaster for Ocean View's web site. After moving back to the Norfolk area from Maryland, he served as Junior Warden in 2011 before being elected Worshipful Master in 2012.
